This personal-data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 'On Personal Data'.

  • Email (if provided)
  • Content of inquiry / comments

  • To communicate with the user for consultation and tour arrangement
  • To conclude and perform the contract for the provision of tourism services
  • To inform you about our services and offers (with your consent)
  • To analyze site performance and improve user experience

4. Legal grounds

Processing is conducted under Article 6 of Federal Law 152: with the subject's consent, for the performance of a contract, and for the Operator's legitimate interests.

5. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties except where directly required by law, or necessary for the provision of services (e.g., Saudi Arabia visa processing, hotel and flight bookings). In such cases, data is transferred strictly within the scope required for the service.

6. Storage periods

Personal data is stored only as long as required for the purposes of processing. After the relationship ends and the statutory retention periods expire (including 5 years for contractual documents under the Russian Tax Code), data is destroyed.

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

  • Receive information about the existence and processing of your data
  • Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data
  • Withdraw your consent to processing
  • Appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru)

To exercise these rights, send a written request to gosaudiatravel@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The site uses cookies for technical operation and anonymous analytics (Yandex.Metrica, including Session Replay / Webvisor, which records anonymised on-page activity — clicks, scrolls and navigation — with form-field values masked). You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit site functionality.
