Visa and entry
Do citizens of Russia need a visa?
No. Since December 2024 a visa-free regime has been in effect between Russia and Saudi Arabia — entry is by passport valid for at least 6 months. Umrah may be performed under the visa-free regime.
I'm not from Russia — will you help with a visa?
Yes, we work with clients anywhere in the world. For non-Russian countries we arrange a Saudi Arabia electronic visa (eVisa). It is ready in 1-3 days; only a passport and a photo are needed.
What is needed for entry besides a passport?
A valid passport (at least 6 months before return), valid medical insurance (we'll help arrange it), return tickets. For women 18+ — standard documents; a mahram is not required.
Family and group makeup
Is it possible with children?
Yes. Children under 6 — on a parent's passport, with no separate documents. From age 6 — a separate passport. We choose hotels with a children's menu, help with strollers at Al-Haram, and arrange a gentle pace suited to age.
Is it allowed for a woman without a mahram?
Yes. Saudi Arabia permits women 18+ to perform Umrah without a mahram. For safety and comfort we can assign a female guide and choose hotels with women's floors.
Do you take elderly parents?
Yes. It is one of our main segments. We choose a gentle pace, slow excursions, hotels near Al-Haram to minimise walking, and help with a wheelchair if needed. The guide accompanies you at every step.
Payment and refund
Why pay for a tour — surely I can arrange it all myself?
You can — the visa is issued online, the hotels are booked. But a first Umrah is not like an ordinary holiday: the right hotel near Al-Haram for the right dates matters, as do the logistics between Mecca and Medina, an understanding of the rite, and support on the ground if something goes wrong. We take this on — a ready route, a price in 5 minutes, and a person in touch 24/7 in your language, with no risk of a mistake in a foreign country on an important trip.
When and how to pay?
A 30% deposit at booking — after it we buy out the hotels and submit the documents. The remaining 70% — no later than 14 days before the departure date. Everything is transparent under the agreement.
Which currencies do you accept?
Rubles (RUB), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20). The rate is fixed at the moment of payment. On request we can work with other cryptocurrencies.
What if the trip doesn't happen — will you refund the money?
Yes. Before documents are submitted — a 100% refund less the cost of the visa and non-refundable bookings. After — pro rata under Federal Law 132. All terms are set out in the public offer.
Health and safety
What if I feel unwell in Saudi Arabia?
We help arrange medical insurance. The guide helps with doctors and pharmacies. A manager is in touch 24/7. In Mecca and Medina there are Russian-speaking clinics whose contacts we provide in advance.
Is it safe in Saudi Arabia?
One of the lowest crime rates in the world. The authorities maintain strict control over public safety, especially in Mecca and Medina. Tourists and pilgrims are under particular protection.
The rituals of Umrah
I don't know how to perform the rituals — will you teach me?
The guide accompanies you at every stage and explains everything — what to say, how to dress, in what order. You don't need to know anything in advance. For a first Umrah we'll walk you through every ritual, step by step, without questions you'd be embarrassed to ask.
What to bring with you?
Ihram (for men — two seamless white towels; given as a gift). Comfortable footwear for tawaf. Light, modest clothing for women (can be bought in Mecca). Personal documents and money. We send a full checklist before the trip.
Events and corporate
Do you arrange trips to Formula 1, boxing, football matches?
Yes. We regularly organise trips to the Saudi Arabian GP (Jeddah), Saudi Pro League matches (Al-Hilal, Al-Ittihad), boxing in Riyadh, Riyadh Season, tennis, the Saudi Cup. Tickets + accommodation + transfer + hosting.
Do you arrange corporate trips?
Yes. From team-building for 10 people to a corporate delegation of 100. For Umrah, to AlUla, to a sporting event, for a nikah, or for a partnership programme. We'll agree the format to suit the company's goal.
Tourism without Umrah
Is it possible to go just to AlUla or Riyadh without Umrah?
Yes. Since 2019 Saudi Arabia has been open to everyone — Muslims and non-Muslims alike. We organise tourism across AlUla, Jeddah, Riyadh, and the nature reserves, without a mandatory visit to Mecca and Medina.
