I have a very unusual request — will you take it on?
Most likely yes. The author's format is made for the unusual: rare cities, a complicated group, special requirements. Tell us the task — we'll offer a solution.
Is an author's tour expensive?
"Private" does not mean "expensive by default." We fix the cost before the agreement, item by item — you see the price in advance and decide what to keep and what to remove.
How much can I change the route?
Entirely. The cities, the order, the hotels, the dates, the level of comfort, the additional destinations — all built around you and agreed with you before departure.
I'm not from Russia. Can you arrange a visa?
Yes. For citizens of Russia no visa is needed — entry is by passport. For other countries we arrange a Saudi Arabia eVisa in 1-3 days. We work with clients anywhere in the world.
How does payment work?
We sign the agreement, a 30% deposit, the rest — by the terms of the agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, MIR and other convenient methods. All terms are fixed in writing.
Can the money be refunded if plans change?
Refund before documents are submitted — in full. After — pro rata under Federal Law 132. All terms are set out in the public offer agreement.
How long does putting the tour together take?
The first draft route and estimate — usually within 1 day. Then we refine it to suit you. Even with tight dates we speed up the planning and paperwork.
