Families' frequent questions
From what age can you travel with a child?
From any age — with an infant or with a teenager. For the little ones we protect the sleep and meal routine; for the older ones we add an educational programme.
Do children need a visa?
For citizens of Russia — entry by passport, no visa, and for children too. For other countries we arrange a child's eVisa together with the parents'.
When is the best time to go with children?
We'll advise on the season: in summer Mecca is hot, more comfortable in autumn, winter and spring. During Ramadan it's especially crowded — for a family with little ones we'll find a calmer time.
And what if we have special needs?
We'll help with a wheelchair, travel with a pregnant mother or a child with special needs — we build the trip as gently as possible. Tell us about the situation and we'll account for everything.
What money should I bring?
In Saudi Arabia Visa and Mastercard work, the Mir card does not. Bring a little cash; if needed we'll help with exchange.
How to pay for the tour?
A 30% deposit, the rest — before departure. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and cash. Ask the manager about paying in instalments.
