Umrah with your parents
The most precious gift is to bring them to the House of Allah. We take on the care for every step — so you can simply be beside them.
Give your parents an Umrahparents we have brought to the holy sites
We know how to spare the strength and health of the elderly: rest — when needed, the rite — within their strength, by the Sunnah and unhurried.
Their pace
No shared group — we go slowly, with pauses for rest and prayer, as suits your parents.
Gentle on their health
A stroller and electric carts at Al-Haram, a hotel right by the entrance, attention to medicines and meals.
You're simply beside them
We hold the logistics, the care and the rite. All that's left for you is to be beside them and hold their hand.
Why, with parents, it's better done privately
A group tour is fine. But with elderly parents you fit around the pace of forty people — when it should be the reverse: everything turning around their strength and health.
We respect group tours — thousands of pilgrims began with them. A private tour is not "pricier for the same." It's a different offering: your parents' time, strength and peace of mind.
We know what you worry about
And eased every worry in advance. Open a card — we'll show you how.
My parents are elderly — will they bear the heat and the crowd?
how we resolve it →We lead slowly and outside peak hours: shade, Zamzam, rest at the first wish. A stroller and electric carts — no surcharges.
Tawaf and sa'i — that's hard for an elderly person
how we resolve it →The rite within your strength: a stroller for tawaf and sa'i is permitted and in keeping with the Sunnah; we proceed in turns and with pauses. The guide leads step by step.
And if it's blood pressure, sugar or the heart — and they feel unwell?
how we resolve it →We're alongside and resolve things on the spot: a doctor, a pharmacy, medicines, meals to a routine. Great experience with trips with the elderly.
I'm afraid I'll be busy with logistics, not beside my mother
how we resolve it →We take on the documents, transfers and daily concerns entirely. One thing is left for you — to be beside them, lead them by the hand and pray together.
It's a long walk to Al-Haram — my parents won't manage
how we resolve it →We house you within genuine walking distance, on request — right by the entrance. A door-to-door transfer, the least walking.
Parents going for the first time, no language — they'll feel lost
how we resolve it →A personal guide in your native language leads calmly and by the Sunnah, unhurried. Your parent is never alone or lost in the crowd.

Frequent questions
My parents are elderly and not very well — is it possible to travel at all?
Most often yes. We fit the pace and the rite to their strength, provide a stroller, and lead outside peak hour. On health we advise consulting a doctor in advance, and on the spot we're alongside and will help.
Can tawaf and sa'i be performed in a wheelchair?
Yes, it's permitted and in keeping with the Sunnah. We provide a stroller and assistance, proceed in turns and with pauses, unhurried.
And if your parents feel unwell?
We're alongside and resolve things on the spot: a pharmacy, medicines, a doctor if needed. We have great experience with trips with elderly people.
My parents don't speak Arabic or English — how will they manage there?
A personal guide in your native language, always alongside. Your parent is never alone or lost in the crowd.
The visa and paperwork — is it hard for the elderly?
We handle all the documents; from your parents the minimum is needed. For citizens of Russia — entry by passport, no visa; for other countries we arrange an eVisa in 1-3 days.
Can Umrah be performed for departed loved ones?
Yes, strictly by the Sunnah. Many go for exactly this — for parents and loved ones who are no longer here.
